Caregiver / Direct Support Professional / Kernersville

We are hiring for a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional position in Kernersville, NC. This is a regular, full‑time role with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Shift schedules vary by location, and a variety of shifts (including all days of the week) are typically available. Job Responsibilities Assist with health and safety procedures. Assist with people supported development. Assist with person‑supported community life. Provide support to team members and supervisors. Assist with person‑centered plans and outcomes. Assist with medical requests. Assist with data collection and reporting. Job Requirements At least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license. High School Diploma or GED. Physical Requirements Regularly required to lift 30 lbs. Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs. Must be able to pull a minimum of 50 lbs. Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop. Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Must be able to regularly stand and walk. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
