Overview:

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a distribution center in Suwanee, GA. This role is responsible for leading warehouse associates, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting a safe, organized work environment.

Shift: 2nd Shift 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support warehouse associates during daily operations.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer and operational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• 1+ years of experience leading or supervising warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
