Position Overview: Rookwood is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to join the team at our flagship location in Over-the-Rhine. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with guests, appreciates thoughtfully made goods, and thrives in a collaborative, design-driven environment. Weekend availability is essential, and availability during key holiday periods is required, including select blackout dates that will be discussed during the interview process. The Retail Associate plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and inspiring in-store experience. This includes offering attentive, knowledgeable service, supporting day-to-day operations, and working closely with fellow team members to meeting sales goals, share ideas, and maintain organized inventory levels. A polished, professional presence and a genuine interest in storytelling and design will go a long way in this role. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Welcomes customers by greeting them, offering them assistance. Directs customers by escorting them to displays and counters, suggesting items. Advises customers by providing information on products. Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions.
