On Call Servers/Bartenders

Job Description

We are seeking On Call Servers and Bartenders to provide exceptional drink service and event support for restaurant service, private parties, and corporate events. This role requires flexible timing and a commitment to hospitality excellence in a dynamic event environment.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks efficiently and courteously at various events
Support event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed
Maintain on-call availability to meet flexible scheduling needs
Deliver outstanding hospitality to enhance guest satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in serving or bartending
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Experience operating POS systems
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail in fast-paced environments
