Route Service Manager - UniFirst This full‑time position is based in Conway, South Carolina, and is open for an immediate start. Remote work is available. Responsibilities Recruit, train, and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives to deliver services to diverse customer locations. Oversee the development of the team, ensuring first‑class customer service, account growth, and profitability. Build strong relationships with customers, delivering high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate closely with location management to provide the best customer service and product programs. Negotiate customer contract renewals and contract terms. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior customer service experience. Ability to problem solve and handle a variety of customer service situations. Strong computer proficiency (MS Office). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team. Valid non‑commercial driver’s license in the state of residence and minimum auto insurance per UniFirst standards. Minimum age of 21 years.
