Occupational Therapist (OT)

Overview We are seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, personalized care to patients at our inpatient rehabilitation facility. The role offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients. Lead patient assessments, supervise care and treatments, and create personalized care plans. Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs. Build relationships with patients, celebrating their progress and victories. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. CPR certification.
