We’re looking for a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work and want steady hours in a professional shop, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

Perform collision repairs including metal repair, panel replacement, and structural work
Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair and refinish
Repair or replace damaged body parts according to estimates and OEM procedures
Use frame and measuring equipment when required
Identify hidden damage and communicate with estimators and management
Ensure repairs meet safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines
Work efficiently to meet production and quality goals

Requirements:

Qualifications

Previous experience as an auto body or collision repair technician (preferred)
Knowledge of collision repair methods, tools, and materials
Ability to read and follow repair estimates and OEM procedures
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own tools preferred
Valid driver’s license
