In this role, you will support individuals, couples, and families through secure telehealth sessions, helping them work through relationship concerns, communication challenges, life transitions, emotional stress, and family dynamics.This position is well-suited for an lmft who enjoys meaningful clinical work, clear structure, and the ability to build steady therapeutic relationships from a remote setting. You will assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide ongoing therapy, and document care using established clinical standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a secure telehealth platformComplete intake assessments and identify client concerns, goals, risks, and treatment needsDevelop treatment plans that reflect each client's family system, relationship patterns, and presenting concernsSupport clients with communication, conflict resolution, parenting stress, grief, anxiety, depression, and major life changesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health recordMonitor client progress and adjust care plans as treatment needs changeFollow ethical, legal, and hipaa guidelines for remote behavioral health services
