Join our team and experience the Foth difference that contributes to our impressive 92+% member retention rate!Foth is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Project Hvac/Utilities Engineer who has a desire to contribute to our clients' success and is looking for new learning experiences and opportunities for career growth.This position will be based in Green Bay, WI or may be performed from a remote location.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with other project disciplines as requiredDevelop equipment specificationsWork with clients, vendors, and suppliers to develop cost estimates and support proposalsDevelop mass energy balancesDevelop process and instrumentation drawings (P&IDs)Develop equipment lists, line lists, and POC listsDevelop operation specificationsWork with designers to create drawingsWrite installation scope documentsSupport on-site construction and installation effortsSupport checkout and start-up activitiesCoach and mentor team members as neededPerform on-site surveys to determine existing conditionsTravel as needed (approximately 25% annually)Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience7+ years of experience with industrial HVAC and utility systems (steam, chilled water, hot water, compressed air, CO2, refrigeration, etc.)Required Previous ExperienceEngineered package development including scope of work, P&IDs, and mechanical equipment arrangementsProcess and utility system piping and ductwork designDeveloping equipment specificationsDetermining code compliance for new and existing systems
