MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional E-Commerce Books & Media Listing to join our E Commerce - Blue Springs team! Qualifications:

• No degree is required. High School Diploma/GED Preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work populationnecessary math, computer, and website navigation skills.
• Complex reasoning and decision-making skills are required.
• The ability to type 40 + WPM is strongly preferred.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

• Make an initial decision if the product is complete without significant cosmetic or physical damage. Unacceptable items are put in the appropriate container.
• Scan the barcode of selected items and wait for the "accept" or "reject" notice. Rejected items are put in the appropriate container.
• Determine the category for accepted (Very Good/Acceptable) and insert preset descriptor.
• List products for online sale, print tickets, and secure the item.
• Place listed media on the designated cart.
• Prepare the production station before and clean the station after every shift.
• Establishes and maintains positive and professional relationships with team members and leadership and works cross-functionally with other teams to increase communication.
• Utilizes safe work practices through awareness and observation and contributes to ensuring the workplace is hazard-free by removing obstructions and keeping aisles and designated walkways debris-free.
• Maintain a professional appearance always, adhering to MERS/Goodwill's dress code.
• Safeguards agency assets, including cash, donated items, and purchased items, from harm, damage, or theft.
• Reports any incidents of theft or unauthorized possession of agency assets.
• Must adhere to all MERS/Goodwill policies, Goodwill Retail procedures, and safety and security regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
