Hotel Night Auditor

Hampton Inn Kansas City/Overland Park b7 Overland Park, KS, US Description Our property is growing rapidly and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! Responsibilities Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed Qualifications Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required Overnight shift; requires flexible hours Compensation $16 - $18 hourly About Hampton Inn Kansas City/Overland Park At Hampton Inn Overland Park, we pride ourselves on delivering heartfelt hospitality every day.
