Responsibilities

• Operate advanced production equipment, including laser-cutting machinery
• Load and stage materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Monitor machine settings using computer systems and vision technology
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor adjustments
• Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy
• Maintain production and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with vision systems preferred
• Roll-forming or automated equipment experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
