Practice Manager

Responsibilities The Practice Manager is a key employee of STHS Clinics who assists our Practice Administrators from an operational standpoint. They help run the day‑to‑day aspects of the clinics and lead, coach, and inspire clinic staff. Management of all practice activities including: patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing, cash posting, clinic certifications and licenses, required education, inventory and resource utilization. Ensure smooth, accurate, efficient, safe, high quality, compliant, productive operations of assigned medical practices in accordance with state, federal and local regulations and requirements. Develop, implement and maintain office policies and procedures. Uphold IPM and UHS policies, goals and standards. Facilitate consistent and productive formal and informal communication and practice rounding with all practice personnel, including providers. In lieu of degree, 5‑7 years healthcare experience with at least two years being in a supervisor capacity. 3‑5 years supervisory experience, preferable in a healthcare environment. CMPE certification preferred.
