The individual is expected to be a role model of the company by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values./ppstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/ppThe essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:/pulliGreet and interact with customers to address questions or concerns in a friendly, service-oriented manner;/liliOrganize products in display case and tables while ensuring fully-stocked cases;/liliSupport team with baking various breads, cookies, and desserts, including pan dulce;/liliMaintains standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, department conditions, and food safety;/liliStock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy while examining the rotation of all bakery products and discarding outdated or spoiled items;/liliWork with various professional Bakery equipment, including heat sources, mixers, and blenders;/liliTakes food orders in person and by telephone;/liliAll other duties as assigned./li/ulpstrongCustomer Service:/strong/pulliDemonstrates personal Customer Service excellence.
