Key Responsibilities
Daily patient rounds and care coordination
Family communication and patient education
Collaboration with nursing, case management, and multidisciplinary teams
Discharge planning and transitions of care
Participation in outreach efforts with regional hospitals and EMS partners
Qualifications
Required
Board-certified Physician Assistant through NCCPA

or
Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) certification
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
ATLS certification or ability to obtain as required
Preferred Attributes
Strong team-oriented mindset
Commitment to clinical excellence and professional growth
Interest in trauma and acute care surgery
Enthusiasm for collaboration with regional healthcare and EMS partners
