FREIGHT & ROUTES 

• Reefer — 100% No Touch freight
• 70% Drop & Hook / 30% Live load/unload
• 1,700 to 2,300 miles per week
• Predictable OTR lanes — majority east of I-35
• No NYC or 5 boroughs

COMPENSATION

• $0.55 to $0.65 CPM based on verifiable experience
• Earn $1,300 to $1,500/week 
• Top 25% earn $1,800/week
• Weekly paycheck — every week, without fail
• Detention, layover, extra stop paid
• Paid 1-day orientation $300 on first paycheck Lodging & travel provided

RECENT CDL-A GRADUATES

Fresh out of trucking school? Our mentor program gets you road-ready fast — and you get paid the whole time.

• Valid CDL A & 21Y old
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school required
• 4 to 6 weeks of paid mentor program
• Ride alongside experienced drivers on real OTR refrigerated routes
• Solid employment record required (no major gaps)
• Paid training — earn while you build your CDL-A skills
• Transition to $0.55 CPM once you start driving solo 

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A (Class A) license
• Age 21+
• Experienced drivers: minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Trainees: minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school
• Meets all FMCSA/DOT requirements
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Safety-focused, professional work ethic
