Title : Community Support Associate
Location : Floyd County Homeless Shelter
Employment Type : Full-Time
Credentials : High School Diploma or GED with one (1) year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a mental health disorder or co-occurring disorder
Special Skills/Knowledge Required : Basic computer operations (Microsoft Office programs, email, internet, etc.).
Primary functions:
- Provide billable CSA services as identified in client’s treatment plan and accurately submit service notes in a timely manner.
- Provide assigned shift coverage at the Floyd Shelter.
- Answering the telephone to provide or receive information related to the program.
- Report incidents or concerns related to the Floyd County Homeless Shelter Program directly to administrative supervisor in a timely manner.
Shift/Days and Work Hours : Shift hours may be open for negotiation; depending on availability and program needs.
