Entry-level Consultant I

Sapere Consulting is seeking entry‑level management and technology consultants (0‑2 years of experience). As a consultant you will work closely with mid‑ and senior‑level consultants and top‑level executives across a diverse range of business areas to research, define, analyze, and present solutions. You will collaborate independently and as part of a team, progressively taking on more responsibility with experience. Travel is required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, all majors considered. Curiosity and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Passion for learning. Demonstrated work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to write concisely and create compelling presentations. Demonstrated ability to lead others when needed and work well as a team player. Desired Additional Skills Basic knowledge of project management concepts and tools. Experience with Generative AI tools, Visio, Power BI, R, and other analysis tools. Work experience or interest in Energy or Technology. Interest in changing how businesses operate, deliver projects, and/or process improvement. Location & Work Model We are hiring entry‑level consultants in Washington, DC; Brooklyn, NY; and Chicago, IL. Most employees work in a hybrid model, in office two to three days per week. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on level and experience. Compensation includes incentive pay based on performance.
