What You'll Do

As a Crew Member, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for every guest by:

• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing quality food according to Wendy's standards
• Working in the kitchen, front counter, or drive-thru as needed
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Restocking supplies and assisting with restaurant operations
• Working as part of a team to deliver fast and friendly service
• Following food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
