Advantage Tech is searching for aSr. Digital Media Buyerto join their client's team based out of Overland Park, KS.

Weare looking for a sharp, results-driven Media Buyer to helpscale the client'spaid acquisition efforts across Meta and Google.

This is not a ?set it and forget it? media buying role. We need someone who understands strategy, creative testing, audience behavior, tracking, attribution, and performance at a high level. Someone who can look at the data, spot opportunities, make smart decisions, and help us keep improving.

You?ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to test new ideas, improve funnels, and help bring the clientin front of the people who need themmost.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, including Facebook and Instagram, as well as Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Develop and test new ad creative, copy, offers, audiences, and landing page concepts to improve performance and conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI, lead quality, and overall funnel performance.
• Manage and optimize paid media budgets with a focus on profitable growth.
• Build and refine audience strategies, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and full-funnel segmentation.
• Run A/B tests across creative, messaging, landing pages, offers, and campaign structures.
• Stay current on platform changes, advertising trends, tracking limitations, and best practices so we can stay ahead.
• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, analytics, and sales teams to improve messaging, attribution, and campaign performance.

Skills Needed:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, campaign structure, and performance analysis.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and Conversions API.
• Familiarity with third-party analytics platforms such as Hyros or Motion is a plus, but not required.
• A proven track record of scaling campaigns while improving efficiency and lead quality.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear decisions and action.
• A creative testing mindset and the ability to work closely with copywriters, designers, and funnel builders.
• Experience marketing to seniors, Medicare audiences, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to move quickly without losing attention to detail.
