SAGE Dining Services® is seeking dishwashers to join our culinary team at a private boarding school in Huntsville, AL. What You'll Do:

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Interact positively with SAGE guests and team members and provide service with a smile!
• Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
• Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
• Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.

What You'll Need:

• Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
• Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
• Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.
• Experience as a prep cook or cook preferred, but not required.
• Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in detail.
• Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station.
• Experience in customer service strongly preferred, but not required.
• Food safety certifications as required by jurisdiction.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
