Quick Facts Location: Mercy Anderson Hospital, 7500 State Road, Cincinnati, OH 45255 Start Date: 08/01/2026 End Date: Ongoing until transition to full-time OBHG coverage (expected Q1 2027) Shift: 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a); must stay on-site for entire shift Hours/Week: Variable based on schedule, typically 36–40 hours/week Employment Type: Locum/Temporary Licenses/Certifications: Ohio medical license, board-certified/eligible in OB/GYN Experience: At least 2 years in obstetrics and gynecology preferred Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $319.80/hour Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Travel reimbursements: Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage at IRS rate Additional reimbursements: Licensure, certification, travel, and other expenses as applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team to assist during placement What You’ll Do Perform OB/GYN services including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and emergent surgeries Provide gynecologic coverage for the Emergency Department and inpatient wards Manage patient discharges, rounds, and collaborate with midwives Participate in practice call coverage for hospital outpatient department (HOPD) Partner with hospital staff and residents to ensure quality patient care Document all visits and procedures in Epic (Stork system) Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols What You Need Ohio medical license and current ACLS certification Minimum of 2 years’ OB/GYN experience in a hospital setting Strong skills in vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and emergency surgical procedures Ability to work 12-hour shifts on-site including nights and weekends Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred Experience working with residents or teaching support Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (Epic preferred) About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, providing essential obstetric and gynecologic care.
