Family Medicine NP Or PAThe Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Family Medicine NP or PA to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Waterloo, Iowa! This role performs primary care to the community providing a mix of well visits, acute care, & chronic disease management throughout the age spectrum.The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations.With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.Role Details:Clinic Hours: Mon, Tues, Fri 8am-5pm & Wed, Thur 8am-8pmSchedule: 5 day work week with 1 evening per week (11:30a-8p)Sees on average 12-14 patients per dayProvider team includes: 5 physicians (including the Co-Medical Director), 6 Nurse Practitioners, 2 Physician Assistant. This location also includes an OB clinic with 1 OB-GYN and 1 Certified Nurse MidwifeEHR: EpicBenefits:Student Loan Repayment: Eligible working site for federal student loan repayment programsCompetitive Salary: base salary $112,000+ depending upon experience with quarterly production incentives available.
