We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing clinical team. This role is designed for a practitioner who is passionate about delivering exceptional dental care and is looking for a stable, professional environment to further their career. You will be responsible for managing a diverse patient base, performing a wide range of restorative and preventative procedures, and contributing to the overall clinical success of the practice.
Pay
$250,000~$350,000 per year

Job Description
Clinical Care: Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatments, including restorative, endodontic, and prosthetic procedures.
Treatment Planning: Develop and present detailed treatment plans to patients, ensuring they are well-informed about their oral health options.
Patient Advocacy: Build long-term trust with patients through clear communication and a compassionate chairside manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with our hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality outcomes.
Compliance: Maintain accurate digital patient records and ensure all clinical activities adhere to state and federal regulations.
