In-Home CaregiverCaring Hands Home Health Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers (PCA, CNA, or IHA) to provide quality care and support to clients in their homes throughout Raleigh, Durham, and surrounding areas.If you're caring, reliable, and ready to make a difference, join a team that values your work and treats caregivers like family.Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers.Safely support client mobility, including use of wheelchairs and other equipment.Provide companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement.Offer medication reminders (no administration).Perform light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, errands, and meal preparation.Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.Accurately observe and report changes in client condition to supervisor.Qualifications:At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or facility).Must complete and pass a caregiver skills check before hire.Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, without the use of an interpreter.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely assist with transfers and mobility.Must have a smartphone with internet access for clocking in/out, schedules, and care notes.Must have reliable transportation to client homes (car preferred but not required).Must pass a background check and NC Health Care Personnel Registry clearance (no substantiated findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation).Must have flexible availability, including weekends.Caring, patient, and dependable attitude.**Interpreters may not be used during the interview process or while performing client care.
