A healthcare system in Illinois is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Urologist for ongoing weekend call coverage beginning July 2026.
Compensation:
24 Hour Call: $110/hr
Clinic/Regular Rate: $350/hr
Night Call Back: $390
Night Call: $780

Typical coverage: Friday 8:00 AM through Sunday 6:00 PM
Occasional extension through Monday 8:00 AM
Approximately 9 shifts per month
Weekend call-based coverage
Provider is not required to remain onsite unless called in
Potential weekday clinic coverage available to support provider PTO

Inpatient and call coverage responsibilities
Collaborative multidisciplinary environment
Clinical Responsibilities
Pediatric urology inpatient coverage
Weekend call coverage
Evaluation and management of pediatric urologic conditions
Consultation and surgical coverage as needed
Collaboration with Pediatric Surgery when appropriate
Call Details
Weekend call coverage
In-house call structure when activated
Average admissions while on call: minimal
Shared coverage model; provider will not be working solo

Board Certified Pediatric Urologist
Active Illinois license required
IMLC candidates accepted
DEA required
CSR required
BLS certification
ACLS certification
Minimum one year of experience
Credentialing
Full privileges available
Temporary privileges available
Estimated credentialing timeframe: approximately 60 days
