Looking for RNs who can communicate clearly and work autonomously. This unit experiences rapid admissions, resulting in a faster patient turnover compared to a typical medical-surgical unit. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 5:1 for medical-surgical RNs. Candidate profiles should include a work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days, a skills checklist, references, and certification card. Nursys license verification is also required.
