Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Knoxville, Tennessee. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide excellent care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.Hiring for days (7a-7p) & nights (7p-7a)!CNA Requirements:Active CNA Certification in TennesseeExperience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferredExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work weekends and holidays as neededCNA Responsibilities:Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily livingAssist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programsMeasure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicatorsObserve residents' physical and emotional condition and report any concerns to supervisorsSupport residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as neededMaintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linensAssist with resident admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfortDocument care provided accurately in medical records and chartsCommunicate effectively with residents, facilities and other team membersRespond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needsWhy Join Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center?We believe in supporting the people who care for our residents every day.
