Together, the team ensures safe, efficient production that helps deliver innovative biosolutions to customers around the world.The Role & Your ImpactAs an Operator, you will play a key role in manufacturing safe, high-quality products while ensuring production goals are achieved. This hands-on operational role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality in a manufacturing environment.Your Key Responsibilities In This RoleProduce safe, high-quality stick pack powder products on multiple machine lines.Prioritize daily tasks to optimize production output and schedule attainment.Troubleshoot, operate, and monitor production equipment.Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning activities.Complete quality checks and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards.Support safe and efficient manufacturing operations while collaborating with team members.What You'll Need To Be Successful In This RoleAbility to safely operate manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.Ability to operate powered lift equipment or obtain certification.Knowledge of GMP requirements and safe work practices.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Ability to use basic computer applications; Microsoft Office experience preferred.Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.Additional Skills & Interests We ValueExperience working in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment.Knowledge of SAP.Positive attitude and willingness to support team success.Continuous improvement mindset and desire to learn new processes.Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach.What We Offer YouOpportunity to work with an experienced and collaborative team.A safety-focused culture where your contributions matter.Training and development opportunities to help you build new skills.The chance to make an impact through high-quality manufacturing operations.Overtime opportunities based on business needs.Working ConditionsOn-site position located in Wausau, Wisconsin.2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday from 2:30pm-12:30amOvertime opportunities available.Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Climate-controlled factory environment.Manufacturing setting requiring adherence to safety, GMP, and quality standards.Compensation & BenefitsStarting pay: $19.00 per hour plus shift premium401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution.Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation plus 12 holidays and 2 weeks of Wellness Time.Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.Healthcare Savings Account option.Employee Assistance Program.Parental Leave.Tuition Reimbursement.Benefits begin on your first day of employment.Application deadline - 8/21/26In Novonesis, we know that solutions rooted in biology can help solve humanity's biggest challenges.
