Physical Therapist (PT) - General

Physical Therapist

Schedule: 5 consecutive days, 8-hour shifts. Weekends not required.

Assignment Details: Guaranteed hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks.

Requirements:

• Active physical therapist license in the state.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; pediatric or adolescent experience preferred.
• References: 2 covering 1 year within the last 3 years are required during compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients of all ages.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patient mobility and function.
• Assist with discharge planning and provide patient education regarding treatments.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient care and rehabilitation goals.

Compliance / Notes: Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays. Background checks required. Parking details will be provided upon assignment.
