Lowcountry Foundation and Crawlspace Repair is growing, and we're looking for an experienced outside sales professional who knows how to run an in-home appointment, diagnose a problem, present a solution, and close the deal.
We provide the leads. You provide the hustle.
What You'll Do
- Run pre-qualified, pre-scheduled in-home appointments
- Inspect foundations and crawlspaces and identify problems
- Design and present the right solution for the homeowner
- Build trust, overcome objections, and close the sale
- Follow up and manage your pipeline
- Work with our operations team from sold job to installation
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of outside sales experience required
- Home improvement, construction, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or similar experience is a plus
- Proven ability to close sales
- Confident, competitive, and comfortable talking to homeowners
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable getting into crawlspaces and around construction sites
- Valid driver's license and clean background
This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for someone who already knows how to sell.
