MM Data Analyst

MM Data Analyst supports the application of Digital Core standards, cleansing and development of standard materials master. Supports the deployment of MM tools and work processes.

• MM/Inventory Data Analytics
  • Experience required
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience with Power Query (a plus)
• Materials and Inventory management knowledge
  • Hands on materials or warehouse knowledge
• Strong teamwork, coordination, and interpersonal skills required
• Procure to pay knowledge a plus
• Chevron experience a plus

Detailed Requirements

• Expertise in the Stock Authorization (SAR) process to facilitate SAR requests for item master creation/revision via coordination with Chevron’s Global Shared Services Team
• Improve master data quality through detailed analysis and coordinated revisions
  • Clean-up activities include:
    • Analysis
    • Site visits
    • Populating missing information
    • Deduplication
    • Purchase Info Record and Source List reviews/revisions
• Houston based, but travel to Midland and other West Texas / New Mexico sites a must

Required Skills: MM Data Analyst MM, Asset Management, Plant Maintenance implementation in s/4 HANA. Moving from ECC. Middle of global implementation. Go live 2 years from now. Need someone that can dig into data in sap mm and create reports M and F remote. T, W, Th onsite in Houston Some travel to Midland, West and East TX, and other warehouse sites like New Mexico to look at material, input data in spread sheet, submit SAR, make changes as needed. Expenses offered when traveling. Start end of Oct 1. SAR- Stock Authorization Request- request to make more material records 2. Going through inventory, and make request through SAR for data changes 3. SAP MM- Understand info records, source lists on the procurement, physical inventory processes and how they work 4. Understand table structures around MM, understand P2P 5. Standard MM reports experience 6. Going after different warehouses, checking data, making corrections, updating existing material masters 7. O&G experience required 8. Advising and Consulting experience- giving suggestions for business processes and design. Not just a heads down analyst. 9. Experience in Warehousing a big plus 10. Power query a plus 11. s/4 not required Basic Qualification: must be onsite in houston, tx T, W, TH.
