Hospice RN, Part Time

Overview Residential Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a hospice position that provides end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes throughout the Traverse City, MI area. What You’ll Do Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, manage symptoms and pain, and develop individualized end‑of‑life care plans. Educate and support patients and families through the end‑of‑life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for. Think critically, solve problems in real time, and maintain thorough, compliant EMR documentation. Work independently while remaining connected to the team’s efforts. Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Minimum two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to patient locations.
