The People Of: Professional Services is seeking a Senior Tax Associate in Salt Lake City with a focus on transactional tax matters. The role offers direct client contact and collaboration with top practitioners on market-leading transactions. Ideal candidates have 6–9 years of experience in transactional tax, with strong drafting and negotiating abilities, and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
