Locally owned contractor that provides landscaping services to property management companies in Douglas County.

Long term direct hire position, this is not a temporary job.

Crew Leader - Landscaping Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 25.00 to $ 35.00 / annually
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30pm to 04:00pm)

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns
• Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Perform seasonal clean-ups (leaf removal, debris clearing)
• Apply mulch, soil, and other landscaping materials
• Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain equipment
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients
• Work is outdoors and physical in nature

Crew Leader - Landscaping Qualifications:

• 3 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance with lead experience is required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license and good driving record in last 5 years is required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
