As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional direct care to our residents, while also supervising the day-to-day activities of certified nursing assistants. Responsibilities Lead and support all functions related to quality care for our residents Direct the day-to-day functions of certified nursing assistants Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies Complete processes and paperwork related to Admission, transfer, and discharge of our residents Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians Order Form Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, medication records, treatment/care plans, as required Chart nurse's notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care Requirements Must have a valid unencumbered nursing license Must have valid CPR/BLS certification or be willing to obtain during orientation If you are a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking for a new challenge, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
