Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets. Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Build relationships and create lifelong customers by asking questions and listening attentively. Be the vehicle expert – know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology. Perform high‑quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations. Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Bring a positive attitude to work every day. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Proactive, enthusiastic, and results‑oriented mindset. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, rotating shifts, and Saturdays. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Professional, well‑groomed appearance. Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check & drug screen. Ready to learn new product ins’ & out’s quickly.
