Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident’s care plan
Administer medications, perform assessments, provide wound care, and complete required documentation
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily activities
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the physician
Collaborate with the healthcare team and families to ensure the highest quality of care
Nursing degree from an accredited college or program
Current, active, and unencumbered Ohio LPN license (or multi-state license)
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations
Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
A compassionate approach and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
