Overview
Join our dynamic team in Chino, CA, as a General Labor - Sorter! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient sorting of materials within our facility. If you're looking for a hands-on position that offers a chance to contribute to a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Sort and categorize materials according to established guidelines.
- Inspect items for quality and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a labor or sorting role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
