Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Dialysis Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Unit Details Locations: Float between Iowa Methodist (5 beds) and Iowa Lutheran (2 beds) Patients: ICU, tele, acute/chronic dialysis (AKI/ESRD) Ratio: 2:1 Equipment: Fresenius 2008T, Baxter Homechoice Claria Attire: Navy blue scrubs Eligibility Rules Radius: Must live 50 miles away UPH Policy: No UPH staff/PRN within past 12 months (past travelers allowed) Experience: 24 months inpatient dialysis (no first-time travelers) Submission Checklist Active IA or Compact License AHA/ARC BLS Certification Driver's License Dialysis Skills Checklist Required Skills: Telemetry reading, Fresenius machines (EPIC & PD preferred) Recent Supervisor Reference (preferred) 24 months inpatient dialysis REQUIRED.
