Financial Services Representative (Bilingual)

Overview World Finance is a financial services company recognized for its workplace awards and community focus. We are seeking a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey, support the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively, maximize growth, and provide excellent customer service as part of marketing the branch and company culture. This role is based in Greenville, SC, with a network of branches across 16 states. Responsibilities Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices. Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products. Process and prepare loan applications; take and process payments; prepare loan documents; execute loan closings on current renewal loans. Balance assigned cash drawer daily; prepare and complete daily branch deposits; transport money as needed. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily; help build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application. Assist with paying branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager. Qualifications / Experience Must demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skills. History of kindness, compassion, and helping others; willingness to seek quality-driven solutions and embrace new ideas. Team player who can pitch in and accept help when needed. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill job responsibilities. Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay: $15; bilingual in Spanish and English required. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance are available to full-time team members after 30 days. Work Environment and Duties Physical demands and working conditions include a fast-paced office environment, regular attendance, and occasional local travel with variable hours, including evenings or weekends.
