We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Bench Jeweler to join our in-house team, driving our repair, restoration, and custom creation services to the next level.

Position Overview

In this customer-facing role, you will combine technical precision with high-end client engagement. From meticulous fine jewelry restoration and complex stone setting to collaborating directly with clients on custom engagement rings and bespoke pieces, you will be the heartbeat of our workshop. Key Responsibilities

• Craftsmanship & Repair: Execute precision jewelry repairs, high-end restorations, and retail customer alterations, including soldering, laser/traditional welding, ring sizing, polishing, and finishing.
• Stone Setting: Expertly handle complex stone setting, prong rebuilding, and retipping.
• Custom Fabrication: Bring client visions to life by fabricating custom fine jewelry pieces from scratch.
• Client Consultations & Design Support: Conduct one-on-one client repair consultations and lead custom design appointments, guiding customers smoothly from concept to final delivery.
• Gemstone & Estate Evaluation: Inspect gemstones, evaluate overall jewelry integrity, and accurately assess piece conditions.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous self-inspection standards to ensure every item leaving the bench meets Luxe’s luxury standards of excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Verifiable hands-on experience in fine jewelry repair, stone setting, and custom fabrication.
• Education: Formal coursework or degree in jewelry design, metalsmithing, or a related GIA/bench discipline is a strong plus.
• Technical Mastery: Proven proficiency in sizing, soldering, advanced polishing, finishing, and gemstone identification.
• Client-Facing Acumen: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor suited for a luxury retail environment.
• Attention to Detail: Uncompromising commitment to precision, quality control, and craftsmanship.
