Position Summary The Retail Sales Associate supports the store team with driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Location Portland, OR Part-time Associate (24 hours/week) We are currently seeking a professional and engaging Retail Sales Associate for our Woolen Mill store in Portland, OR. Maintain store housekeeping and product merchandising recovery expectations. Monitor store email and react to business‑critical directives. Encourage positive selling and customer service behaviors. Consistent written and verbal communication with store team. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Complete sales transactions efficiently from end to end. Escalate store issues in a timely manner. Other tasks as assigned (Revised June, 2022). What We’re Looking For 2+ years of retail or customer service experience Strong communication skills and a passion for people Positive, team‑first attitude with a willingness to learn Tech‑comfortable: able to navigate POS systems and store tools Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use) About Pendleton We’re a heritage brand with a modern mission—crafting products with integrity, quality, and timeless style.
