Our goal is to develop and retain the most talented associates in the industry.We are currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and motivated Assistant Property Manager to support two apartment communities in Sacramento, CA: a 104-unit fully affordable (LIHTC) community and a 134-unit market-rate community.This is an exciting opportunity for a property management professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in a hands-on environment. The Assistant Property Manager will play an integral role in supporting the success of both communities by building and maintaining positive resident relationships, engaging prospective residents through creative marketing and compelling property tours, providing exceptional customer service, and partnering with the Property Manager to support the financial and operational performance of the communities.The ideal candidate will be a hands-on team player who demonstrates strong leadership, professionalism, organization, and a genuine commitment to creating exceptional resident experiences.ScheduleTuesday–Saturday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PMThis position will be split between the two apartment communities on a rotating weekly schedule.
