Are you a self-motivated marketer who thrives in an environment where you actually own the strategy and execution? A leading manufacturer of industrial power testing equipment is looking for a Marketing Specialist to step into a brand-new "Department of One" role.
Working directly with executive leadership, sales, and engineering, you will translate heavy-duty technical products into compelling messaging that drives leads and builds brand awareness in a B2B environment. If you want to escape corporate bureaucracy and run an entire brand function from top to bottom, this is your spot.
What You’ll Do:
Content & Technical Copywriting: Create clear, engaging copy for email, social media, sales decks, and B2B white papers (partnering with engineering to break down complex technical topics).
Digital Campaigns & CRM: Plan and execute integrated email and digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce.
Website Management: Keep website content fresh, optimize SEO, and manage regular updates.
Events & Sales Support: Organize and occasionally attend industry trade shows, customer showcases, and open houses while equipping the sales team with high-impact pitch materials.
Analytics & Insights: Track campaign ROI, report on market trends, and maintain clean lead data in the CRM.
2 to 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in B2B, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or technology.
Strong Copywriter: Ability to translate technical product specs into practical business benefits.
Tool Stack Comfort: Experience with CRMs (Salesforce), CMS platforms, email automation, and basic graphic design tools.
Commercial Mindset: Comfortable engaging with technical customers, working alongside sales, and identifying business opportunities at trade shows.
Self-Starter: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a "Department of One" environment.
Degree: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
