Claims Analyst II

Job Summary The Claims Analyst follows written procedures to review and determine eligibility for a full range of legal administration claims. The CA must follow documented team processes to ensure compliance at all times and be able to meet departmental standards and/or service level requirements. Essential Job Responsibilities Understand and keep current on all department and company policy procedures Use proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents, enter claim decisions, and create escalations when needed Communicate timely and effectively to management any obstacles or escalations needing attention Perform data entry and data verification as needed to perform work Qualifications & Characteristics GED or High School Diploma 1+ year previous claims experience preferred MS Office experience, relational databases, and use of multiple applications preferred Excellent attention to detail Demonstrated skill in ability to analyze data Demonstrated skill in critical thinking Mathematical skills Salary & Benefits Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors: location-based market rate for the role, abilities in relation to the job specification, performance during screening and interview, pay parity with the wider team in the considered location. Further details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
