Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2141.32 Opportunity: RN OR Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Scheduled shifts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday • Call requirement of approximately 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month • Patient ratio of 1:1 • Night shift staffing consists of 1 RN and 1 CST • Must have Operating Room experience - Labor & Delivery only experience is not applicable • Must have Neuro and Ortho/Spine experience • Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience required • Trauma center experience preferred • Ortho experience preferred • Typical procedures include ortho, neuro, robotics, general, trauma, and urology • EMR system: Meditech • Work with various types of OR equipment • Required certification: BLS • Hospital-provided scrubs required - must change into hospital scrubs each day • Team player with a positive attitude is the ideal personality fit Facility: This facility is a full-service surgical center housing 7 OR suites and a staff of 45 team members including RNs, CSTs, and ancillary support staff. The surgical unit performs a wide range of procedures including orthopedic, neurological, robotic, general, trauma, and urology surgeries. The facility utilizes Meditech as its electronic medical records system and maintains a 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio to ensure high-quality patient care.
