Schedule:
Starting on 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (required).



About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to perform accurate order picking and packing in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will use RF scanners and warehouse equipment to manage inventory, process shipments, and organize stock efficiently. Success in this role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and basic math skills for inventory verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
• Track inventory and update records through RF scanning systems.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
• Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas.
• Unload trucks and verify packages for damage or discrepancies during unloading.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist in organizing inventory to improve warehouse workflow.
• Perform physical lifting and movement of packages up to 50 pounds.
• Follow safety and operational procedures in a warehouse setting.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
• Use warehouse tools and equipment for inventory management.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to perform basic math calculations for counting and verifying inventory.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy packages up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality during scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Experience with order pulling and packing.

Tools, Equipment, and Systems:

• RF scanners
• Warehouse equipment for sorting, lifting, and moving packages

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds
• Standing and physical movement during shifts
• Use of PPE as required for warehouse safety
