Pay: $2,118 per week


Shifts: Mon-Fri 8-5, possible on-call weekends


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health for a travel assignment in Knoxville, TN. This role requires strong clinical skills in areas such as wound care, trach, and PICC line care. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing health, implementing care plans, and ensuring health maintenance and disease prevention.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for well, chronic, or acutely ill patients
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals in planning and evaluating programs and services
• Coordinate communications and actions related to health and safety supports
• Ensure medication procedures are followed including ordering, reviewing, and monitoring
• Ensure progress reports are made to physicians when patient conditions change
• Transcribe physician orders and complete necessary nursing documentation
• Maintain health status documentation in nurse's notes
• Supervise and direct activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses
• Schedule, complete, and follow-up on health-related appointments
• Provide training for health and safety topics to staff

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Valid RN License
• Experience in Home Health
• Proficiency with HCHB and Oasis
• Strong clinical skills in wound care, trach, and PICC line care
