Packaging Associate

As a Packaging Associate, you’ll perform a variety of tasks within our dynamic warehouse environment to support production efficiency, addressing equipment issues and maintaining a safe, clean workplace. Responsibilities Perform sanitation duties and material handling. Safely operate production and processing equipment. Perform quality checks and meet product specifications. Maintain a safe and clean workplace. Utilize computer technology and basic math skills to effectively perform job requirements. Occasionally work at heights within the plant to fulfill job responsibilities. All other duties as assigned. Compensation & Benefits Competitive bi-weekly pay starting at $18.32/hr Quarterly bonuses Eligibility for overtime pay Paid time off and generous parental leave 401(k) with company match, healthcare coverage, and other benefits Shift Information Monday through Friday 3:00 PM-11:30 PM. Qualifications 6+ months experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military, or related fast‑paced environment.
